Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Instructions
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") is established by Lighten Lift ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to ensure transparency and fairness in our business operations. This Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers ("you" or "your") may cancel an order and request a refund for the products and services provided by our Company. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation by the Customer
You may request to cancel your order for any product or service within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring any cancellation fees. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at +91 9339-2020-44. If the cancellation request is received after 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value, depending on the progress of the order.
2.2 Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel any order under circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded in full within 14 business days.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
i) Cancellation of the order within the allowed time frame.
ii) Non-delivery of the product or service due to fault on our part.
iii) Defective or damaged products, provided that you notify us within 7 days of receipt.
3.2 Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the refund. Upon receiving your request, we will review the circumstances and respond within 5 business days. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used within 14 business days.
3.3 Exclusions from Refunds
i) Custom-made or personalized products.
ii) Products that have been installed, used, or altered after delivery.
iii) Services that have been rendered in full.
4. Return of Products
In the event that a refund is granted for a physical product, the item must be returned to us in its original condition, including packaging, within 14 days of the refund approval. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Failure to return the product within the specified time may result in the cancellation of the refund.
5. Amendments to the Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
